As a long standing member of the American Land Title Association (ALTA) and partnerships with industry leaders including the nation’s largest underwriter Chicago Title Insurance Company, which is owned by Fidelity Insurance Company, national and local lenders, and premier localized attorneys, realtors and brokers, we pride ourselves on our deep industry experience and our commitment to provide the highest quality of customer service throughout the process.
Our principal, Craig Teitelbaum, brings over 30 years of industry and title experience. Prior to Ardent Title Group, Craig earned his Masters of Business and Administration (MBA) at Columbia Business School in New York City and gained diverse industry experience including financing and banking with JPMorgan, homebuilding with NVR, Inc, one of the largest homebuilders in the US, and service and retail including Owens Corning, United Online (NetZero and Juno), and Toys R Us, and Party City.
